NETWORK SPINAL ANALYSIS (NSA)
Network Spinal Analysis, or NSA, is a gentle form of chiropractic care for people of all ages. Instead of focusing on the joints, these adjustments focus on nervous system tension. It's believed that problems with the nervous system are the root cause of many types of pain and illness.
Both mental and physical stress cause tension in the body. This is typically stored in the spine. Eventually, this tension creates misalignments or subluxations. These subluxations cause pain. The pain can cause further tension in the spine, making the issue worse.
How Network Spinal Analysis Works
Network spinal analysis goes beyond correcting physical misalignments. It removes nerve interference, which also removes the source of tension in the body. This is done by using light touches to different areas of the body. This creates connections within the brain. The brain associates these areas with peaceful feelings, instead of tension.Over time, these connections are strengthened. The brain will stop producing tension in these areas when mental or physical stress is experienced. This can reduce misalignments and pain by correcting the underlying cause.
Benefits of Network Spinal Analysis
Network spinal analysis provides many benefits. These include better physical, mental and emotional health.
Physical Benefits of NSA
Many patients experience reduced pain and stiffness in the spine, which is often what leads them to see a chiropractor. It also boosts the immune system and reduces colds and flu. It's beneficial for allergy symptoms as well. Patients have an improvement in allergies, rashes, and eczema after undergoing Network Spinal Analysis. It also reduces migraines and menstrual pain.
Mental and Emotional Benefits of NSA
Patients who undergo NSA also experience less anger, depression and anxiety. Positive feelings or moods increase. Concentration improves, and patients are better able to stay on task.
Patients are also better able to cope with stress after NSA treatment. They experience increased feelings of relaxation and well-being and increased intuition.
